Privacy notice

This website is operated by Dirk Winterer, Zürich, Switzerland. For any question about your data, write to info@dirkwinterer.com.

What this website collects

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. Fonts and images are loaded from this website itself.

Hosting

The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., USA. When you visit, Netlify processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit, to deliver the page and keep it secure. Netlify is certified under the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework.

Booking a call

When you book the Strategic Alignment Call, you are taken to Google Calendar appointment scheduling, operated by Google. Google processes the name, email address and any information you enter, and sends them to me so I can hold the call. Google's privacy policy applies to that page. Google is certified under the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework.

Why I use your data

I use your data only to arrange and hold the call, and to reply to you. I do not sell it, and I do not use it for advertising.

How long I keep it

If we do not work together, I delete your booking data within 12 months of the call. If we do work together, the agreement for the engagement sets out how long data is kept.

Your rights

You can ask what data I hold about you, and ask me to correct or delete it. Write to info@dirkwinterer.com. You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). If you live in the EU, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.
